    Guided Trace Analysis

Do you have a trace that you are having a hard time reading? Do you want to analyze your DNS traffic or have response time problems? Do you want to check the performance of your z/OS mainframe, linux or Windows server?

Ask our experts! Click here to find out more about Jim Ashton or Nalini Elkins

We can feed your trace through our expert analyzer products, review the output and then spend time with you to explain and discuss the results. You may buy a ticket below for 2 hours. We will contact you to arrange a convenient time. The 2 hours includes:

    • Uploading the trace to us
    • Analyzing the trace
    • Discussing the results

    (Limit 30,000 packets per trace)

Of course, if you need more than 2 hours or more than 30,000 packets, we are happy to help you! You may want to see our full consulting services here.

    The problems we investigate include:

    • DNS response time, DNS errors, DNS overhead
    • TCP duplicate Acks, retransmissions, resets
    • Low congestion window, zero window, excessive TCP window updates
    • UDP overhead
